Reviews
Best Canadian Tire I have ever been to! They had what I needed in stock and more. I had to exchange something because I picked up the wrong thing at first and they were amazing for the exchange. Incredibly friendly. Top notch customer service.
Great to have a reliable source e for household needs in a smaller community
This place is so frustrating!! The weekend manager Marti constantly lets people in after close and then I get refused if I only have one thing to grab! Why have a closing time for your store when the manager picks and chooses who she wants to let in after close.
Very clean and organized store. Found what I needed and a few things I wanted.
Bought a bike almost $500, when ask if I can purchase warranty stated. Because we change the bike that's it no warranty that can purchase. Just wondering as even I bought something that is cheaper usually they will ask if we want to purchase warranty. Then my son noticed something in the bike so we want to change it while we are still in the store. Observing the face of the lady in the store is not happy. Stating that the brake is still working. We are costumer paying right if we are not satisfy for what we want to buy. While we are still in the store better to change it before leaving the store. Better serve the costumer with smile anyway we're not really that bad costumer buying almost $500 bike. Need to make sure what we buy is what we want. Not a good costumer service.
Friendly, fairly knowledgeable staff. Can have some pretty long wait times at the checkout, and the layout (or lack of) makes for some chaotic and confusing lineups when busy. Still one of my favourite places to shop, always amazing deals on tools. The stock personnel do a good job of keeping things organized and faced. The bathroom is usually kept in nice order. Overall a pretty good store for a small town.
Some prices are too high by comparison to other local outlets.
However, knowledgeable staff compensate for that. Amazing customer service.
Just saw the inbred hillbilly on social media wanting everyone to give them 1 star because they refused entry to anti-maskers.
I shop here all the time and the staff ,products and prices are second to none , even Amazon.
Thanks for helping us get through these rough times by following important guidelines .
